YHA Liverpool Albert Dock Hostel

The hostel has a fantastic location – almost in the city center but still in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk from The Beatles Museum. I really liked the security system: you cannot access any floor or room without a pass, which made me feel very safe. When I arrived, my 8-bed dorm only had 6 lockers. I asked about it, and the staff immediately moved me to another room with a locker – super fast and helpful! The room was clean, and I liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Another big plus is that you can leave your luggage after check-out until your departure, which was very convenient. In the bathroom, there were no hooks or space to put personal belongings, which was a bit uncomfortable. The pillows were also quite thin and not very comfortable to sleep on.

I stayed in a shared room of 6 beds in this hostel for the weekend of 3 of October, i would recommend it, rooms don’t have too much people and the atmosphere is nice, it was clean and bathroom was inside the room. Breakfast was fine and the location is good enough. All for a really good price. The only thing i will improve is the pressure of the shower.
