Stayed here for 9 weeks on secondment for work in different rooms (room reviews below) but just a note overall service and responsiveness of staff has been 5/5 and so has cleanliness. Mayfair (stayed here twice) - personal favourite room. Good space, has really good double wardrobe and has a sofa as well as good size dining table. 5/5 Secret Garden - this is a super cute space, only thing would note are the windows are a bit smaller as on top floor but still 5/5. The Den - smaller but still a good size. Really liked this room as well but as a note the stairs to get up are quite steep. 5/5 J’adore - good space and size. 4/5 Chalet (Stayed twice) - separate living room and bedroom with 2 separate bathrooms. There is an emergency exit/safety door in the bedroom and the walls are a bit thin so you can people walk about (not sure if from next door). Didn’t bother me but if you’re sensitive to noise it might 4/5 The Lodge - complimentary upgrade. It’s a double room apartment so was too big for me but one big room, one small room (both with en suites) and its own living room space as well. No dining table from memory 4/5 Bouquet - it has the same if not bigger space as Mayfair but windows didn’t open fully (not sure if due to being on ground floor) so temperature was uncomfortable. Can imagine in winter being better and cozier. 3/5. Chic - was my least favourite room. It’s smaller like the den but I found the floors were lifting up in places and the only window is in the shower room, not in the main room. If you’re just staying for an overnight would be fine though. 3/5.

Two stays...two different rooms...great quality for the price. Recommend 'The Den'. Smart part of town. Great set up. Such good value. Easy to manage entrance, check-in, check-out. Big fan, good hairdryer, great bath, nice toiletries, easy parking.
