I feel compelled to leave feeback after my most recent visit here. I reported a large spillage in the ladies’ toilets, something that should have been addressed immediately for safety and hygiene. The response, Absolutely horrendous. The cleaning staff were rude, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful, treating my concern as if I were being a nuisance rather than attempting to help to avoid an accident? Not to mention the toilets were basically inaccessible. I travel this route regularly, and I have never experienced such appalling attitude from staff whose job is literally to keep the place clean and safe. It’s astonishing that a motorway service of this size could have such a shocking lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.
