Travelodge Chester Central Bridge Street

Great location and lovely staff! Stayed three nights and really enjoyed the view of the old church and the central location. The staff were friendly, attentive, and handled everything professionally — they even offered me a free breakfast after fixing a room issue. The breakfast itself was excellent: fresh, generous, and great value. A few small things could be improved — the towels on arrival were damp, the shower-gel dispenser didn’t work, and the air conditioning was noisy. The “Top-Up” door sign was missing too, so I had to go to reception to ask for one. Overall, a pleasant stay with amazing staff and great breakfast — just needs better housekeeping checks and quieter A/C.

Had a lovely stay here.. rooms spotless … comfy beds … lots of towels and the staff were lovely.. friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. Ask at desk for anything you need| ( hairdryer etc) and they and they there to help . We have stayed here lots of times over the years and would never stay anywhere else in Chester.
