It's a really friendly gym with a great range of equipment and clean facilities. The staff are really helpful and supportive and always happy to have a chat. Kieran has been a great coach and helped me lose 40lbs and taught me about better eating habits. Molly puts on really fun, intense Hyrox classes that made me feel really confident. Jeff's weightloss bootcamp brings a really good community feel. Johnny has a heap of knowledge and is always happy to help out. Sol helped me towards my first ever pull up. Ian is always friendly and approachable. And Agga has taught me a lot about hormone balance with training. They all come together and helped me be the healthiest I've been in my life

Have been attending this gym for many years. Excellent staff, extremely clean facilities, insanely big gym with every possible machine imaginable. Other members are also extremely friendly and polite and it’s always a pleasure to see fellow gym rats in there.
