Pool is always warm and clean, great for the kids because they have the shallow part with toys. Staff are helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and tidy, you never have to wait and there's a big variety of equipment. Changing rooms are also well maintained. With free lockers and hair dryers etc. Lovely place, very family friendly ❤️

Staff are polite enough, the establishment is spotless and provide small details like make up remover, shampoo, hairdryers etc at no extra cost but no rules have to be followed if youre staying at the hotel, if you live in chester and pay for private membership it's not worth it at all, my 5 year old daughter took a ball to the face and no staff to be seen even though their rules are printed around the pool. For anyone visiting Chester then it's a great hotel but if you're from Chester like me it's a waste of money and the staff couldn't care less
