I attended an ITF taekwondo session in the Taekwondo room. It really was a case of utilising a World Class Centre where the GB Olympic Taekwondo athletes are based. The facilities are absolutely brilliant. Adequate car parking. Fully matted area - 6 olympic full sized octagonal rings, several smaller octagonal rings. Everything you could possibly need to deliver a martial arts sessions was available for us to use. Changing rooms were clean and kitted out out with decent showers and toilets.
