Synergy Health & Performance Chester

I was scared of doing weights and gyms in general (ironic given my love of all things sporty). Tom has set me on track for losing weight steadily, toning up and being able to enjoy running/cycling/swimming etc more because I'm stronger and fitter. Been going 3 times a week for 5 weeks and already my runs feel totally different. I'm so grateful. Tom is so good at helping me push myself hard but being kind with it. Synergy has the feel of a family of friends encouraging each other on and this helps too. I recommend this place daily to people!
