What an absolute joke of a service. We paid over £90 for a group swim session and were completely ripped off. • Turned up at 3:10pm, but the receptionist was too busy arguing with another customer to deal with us. Didn’t get checked in until 3:20pm. • After changing, we finally got into the pool at 3:25pm. • Barely 10 minutes later, the receptionist actually interrupted us mid-swim to demand more money – wasting even more of the time we’d already paid for. • Then, at 3:59pm, the lifeguard blew the whistle and shouted at us to get out because the next group was waiting. So for £90+, we got just 25 minutes of swimming before being kicked out. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and clearly have no respect for paying customers. Total scam. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Myself & my sister have been attending the aqua aerobics on tues/thurs for over 5 months, we love it. As well as keeping us fit, we've made new friends and I've added swimming on a Monday too. Love the place, staff are friendly & helpful, and are always on top of keeping things clean & tidy. Love the pool, always just the right temperature. Love the overall experience.
