This is a great gym. It's not huge but I don't find it overly crowded and you can always "work-in" with others. The people here are nice and the staff are good too. It's welcoming to beginners but also if you want to do heavy squats or deadlifts this place is also good. They got a deadlift platform and even some bumper plates and one eleiko bar. The only negative is that the lockers require a token that costs 20p each visit and the locker keeps the token.

I went to this gym for the first time as I received a free day pass and I was so impressed by the service! Sam gave me a free padlock for the lockers and they weren’t unlocking so he helped me solve this issue… twice! I also love how many equipment and facilities were available. The temperature of the gym was kept cold, making it comfortable for a sweaty workout. The changing rooms and toilets were clean as well. Because of the great experience I’ve had and the student discount, I’ll be getting a membership at this gym.
