Seems like the Managment’s priority is to keep the public areas clean but totally disregard cleaning the showers or the toilets for the HGV drivers. The showers are lukewarm warm at best with timers that run out in seconds so you’re pushing the button with soap in your eyes. (FYI Roadchef most places have moved to electrical timers it’s 2025 not the 80’s) The pot holes and poorly lit bridge to the truck parking is a recipe for falling over in the middle of the night. I’m going to start parking elsewhere in future as it’s really went down hill.
