Unhelpful staff, swimming is always booked few weeks in advance and it's hard to find a slot. I had to cancel my membership due to very rude yoga instructor (young brunette girl) picking on me without a reason during class, her behavior was mean. I reported her to the reception and left, I was still charged for the following month. I really think they should pay more attention to customers and who they hire.

I’m disgraced with the customer service with this leisure centre. Firstly, we book women swimming lessons and on entering there is a mixed pool session going on which completely defeats the purpose of women only swimming lessons. I then ask for a refund and a membership cancellation but I have gone back and forth with customer services multiple times and I STILL get an email telling me that the next payment is going through. There has not one update on the refund I had submitted which has now been over one month ago. I’m absolutely appalled and sick of this. Will not be using this leisure centre again.
