A great gym. The staff and owner are very friendly. It has all the fitness equipment you could need and the changing facilities are great, with good sized lockers, everything is brand new. It is in a central location which enables me to go during my lunch break, so fits in well with my routine. All at a great price. I can't recommend enough.

Equipment is cheap. Full of chavs. Weird fishy smell in changing rooms. Really basic and badly run gym. New manager seems to have no idea what he is doing. Left after 1 year...still have their creditors chasing me, Harlands. Cancelled my membership properly but F4L did not process my email cancelling. Now still getting hassle some 4 months on. Rang F4L but they don't want to know as they outsource it. Would avoid and pay a little more to go to a more well run gym. Read the 5* reviews and one is the actual manager of the gym and the rest are his friends and the staff at the gym. Don't be fooled.
