Nice staff and good location but hardly any machines and too small with no air con, most of the toilets don’t lock neither do any of the lockers and not one sink works in the toilets?? Good equipment but not enough of it for the amount of people they allow in

It's like most lifestyles if I'm honest. Dingy little gym but with all the equipment you would need (or it was before covid anyways) and if you go at a busy time it will be busy. If you go at a quiet time it will be quiet. These times are the same as any gym. They have a lot of classes you can join in on with membership and some you have to pay on the day. Varied and plentiful. Changing rooms are a little dated with open showers and changing areas...or at least in the men's. Toilet is seperate at least. Great staff really helpful. There is also a large park around it for general walking and periodically there is outside gym instalments to work out on. It misses a star for me due to the smaller size of the gym and the changing facilities although being clean are a little old now.
