I’m honestly so frustrated with Park Road Lifestyle Swimming. I showed up early to the men's only swim, expecting to get in for a swim, but they still refused to let me in. The pool wasn’t even full, so I really don’t understand what the issue was. Terrible customer service and a waste of my time; to top it off, the staff lady was RUDE.

Love the pool here it's very old fashioned with the changing rooms around the pool, the pool itself is always lovely and warm and the staff are always friendly and happy to help.
