This is what the gym changing rooms looked like at 8AM this morning upon OPENING. Looks like your entire team missed the opportunity to clean upon closing last night and also missed their opportunity to clean when opening this morning. Clearly ZERO accountability and happy to take paying customers money with absolutely no regard for hygiene or safety. The sauna was also full of discarded plastic bottles, tissue, product labels. Quite funny watching everyone’s horrified reaction as they walked into the shower area this morning. Not very funny for the people in charge. I can see why you decorated the showers with dark grey tiles and black grout (I hope anyway) a bit of bleach and an evening clean down would show paying customers you actually care about their wellbeing.

Been a member a few years due to convenience and although the place has had a refurbishment the cleaning standards are really poor. The men's changing room smells of raw feces.... All day, everyday. I have never smelt a chemical or seen anyone clean other than the machines getting a wipe down. The toilets are hazardous!! Overall a good selection of equipment but you have people sitting on equipment for upto 30 minutes without using it (Nothing more than arrogant and rude). At busy times it can be frustrating trying to get a workout in, too many people enjoy checking in on Facebook instead of using the equipment. No process in place and no control over number of people inside the gym at anyone time so it can be like the wild west. Good value for money if not using the changing rooms and can go off peak. The Sauna.... I'm sorry but I can't leave this out. Seriously, forget health benefits of using as I'd genuinely feel safer inside Chernobyl than spending 10 minutes in here.
