Always freezing cold from November. Forget taking a shower as it's even colder in the changing rooms. Trying to report to head office is ridiculous. Nothing is ever improved. Can deal with the constant broken equipment but its far too cold. Will be checking out other gyms come January as management clearly don't care. Just an automated reply.

Out of all the JD gyms i go to this is THE COLDEST 🥶ever!! Its colder inside than outside and this is regular... fix the heating!! also the security are a waste of space.. missed the 8pm cut off on a saturday by a few mins and had my car and house keys in the locker in locked changing room. security said nothing they can do and didn't have changing room door code. when i said are you prepared to leave me on the streets all night they said sorry nothing we can do. clearly no backup plan no emergency plan Very poor service
