Walking in you know what you’re getting. Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was tip top. What was a bit cheap was the bedside tables that weren’t drilled together so they just slid off. Also you could hear other guests very clearly from the front door which is a big minus to me. The breakfast was nice and I felt it had a good selection. Pretty okay overall, just thankful there wasn’t any super loud guests in rooms nearby as that would’ve bled through like no tomorrow.

First time staying in a Holiday Inn as company always booked Premier Inn for me. Thought Holiday Inn superior to Premier In so quite excited about the stay, but turned out to be a big disappointment. Dark and noisy room. Duvet cover with dirty marks. Moderate shower flow. Free English breakfast - no mushroom nor poached eggs though - I'd rather to pay £10.99 for better quality food tbh. Staff were nice and polite though. Receptionist granted me late checkout but it's just a note written down. The key card still expired after 11am. Better not leave your room after if you're not ready to checkout.
