this gym is all I need in a gym, there is a good range of equipment and an excellent standard of hygiene. sam was helpful in directing me around the building and made me feel very welcome and ready to work out. i am quite fat and wanting to work on myself and he made me feel like it is a safe place to do my best and even gave me advice. and i would come in again, hopefully when he is working as i would love to see him again. i wish my son was like him!
