I stayed overnight at the Kinsella suite and I had an awful night, no curtains, a bright green light and street lights were on all night (which for a vulnerable person was very uncomfortable), had little to no sleep and the shower chair was not a solid seat to sit on. The wifi went off at 10pm which wasn't helpful as I was there in a working capacity. There were tea and coffee facilities, but no milk provided, nor a fridge to put it in, had to get milk quickly from the cafe before it closed. No real structure to book in when arrived and the bed was not made on arrival either. TV only had 4 or 5 channels working. For £80 a night, I would be expecting no issues. If the price is to stay like that with no changes being made, I will not recommend this place. Very disappointed.
