Fitness and Spa at Crabwall Manor

Spa day - my review does not reflect the quality of the treatment - the staff were friendly and I had a great massage. However, the 20 year old CD player in the treatment room didn't work, so no music!! The face mask to test skin type didn't work. The pool area was overrun with children all morning and was not a place to relax. No separate area for spa guests to relax. The ladies changing rooms were dirty and a young mum was trying to dress her baby on the only seating..... I'm coeliac, the gluten free afternoon tea was not worth the money, the cheapest supermarket gluten free bread, a scone and some not very good chocolate. cake. Never again!! Don't say you can provide GF if this is the best you can do, it was appalling for the price.

Joined the spa. Prices have recently gone up but what hasnt. I would say its good for a swim gym but not great as changing rooms need updating and are always cold. After a swim you have to be quick getting changed as its too cold to hang around. The lockers need replacing. Looking a bit old. Overall a 4 star but room for improvement cant comment on the rooms.
