Bridge Farm Campsite

A lovely little farm campsite. The toilets and showers are clean . The owner is very friendly and let's you park your caravan so you have a lovely view. It has a cafe which must be good as it was busy every day. Right next door to a train station, but you can only hear rumbling occasionally until about 7.30pm. Trains go to Manchester or Liverpool. we stayed for a week, and would definitely go back. Be prepared for chickens roaming around as one camper wasn't very happy about this. 🫤

Great campsite flat dry pitches with electric we were allowed to layout our pitch with the 3 big tents and gazebo how we liked and was allowed a fire pit, we sat out till gone 12am every night was very quiet and peaceful just need to turn any music off by 11pm and be respectful on noise levels it has a cafe on site and a pub up on the corner, 5min from towns in either direction so great to nip out for takeaways and shops. Showers and toilets were spacious. Few horses and chickens on the site. The train track next to the site was very quiet didn’t wake us up at all. About 30min out the Crosby and formby beach or 45min other way to Manchester great middle ground! Lots to do within 30min for the kids to do we did beach, footgolf, crazy golf and ninja warrior. All in all a great bank holiday stop for 3nights! (3 families, 5 adults and 9 kids)
