Definitely not going back there, customer service is just plain awful. The car wash dryer wasn't working, so the member of staff suggested the basic wash. Drove the car into the car wash, which stopped working mid-way through the wash. Called the member of staff over to reset the system. They said it stopped because I have a tow bar, and that I should not get it washed in the drive-through. There were absolutely no signs or indications to suggest that the drive-through car wash machine is not suitable for cars with a tow bar attached. I asked if I could get a refund, given that my car cannot be washed. They refused, saying it's essentially my fault for having a tow bar. No thought given to the lack of information during the mis-selling. Definitely not going back there, customer service is just plain awful.

Everytime I buy petrol from here I find it hard to stop it on 20.00 dead! even when I do by the time I pay for it it will have jumped up 1p. Frustrating!!! I want to see these machines checked by the trading standards. Would have gave them 2 stars but the staff are really great and it is also 24 hours. Oh 1 more thing their car wash has a great offer on Tuesdays 0001hrs through till Thursdays 2359hrs where their top car wash (Drive through) is half price.
