My daughter has swimming lessons after school. I was running late and forgot to add my car registration at reception. 100 quid fine for that? I know it's a third party running the car park but surely we can add a car reg to my daughters everyone active card so we don't have to register at the desk every visit. Looking at the reviews I'm not the only customer who has had the same issue.

I am taking my two boys since 2 years for swimming lesson. Today taking my young one just being approached by one instructor who told me that parents can not stand inside watching the lesson I told him that was just waiting for him taking shower still not happy I need to stay far!!! I have absolutely no issue with this but not when there are several other parents around actually watching the lessons and the same instructor having a chat with one of the parent ...... Really disappointed!!
