I use the women’s area upstairs and it’s a decent size however I wish they had more treadmills (there’s only 2) which isn’t enough. Some things I wish they could improve on: opening times should be at 5am during the week. 6am is late, especially for those who start work at 8 and need to leave by 7. I wish the machines were a little cleaner. Sometimes you can tell it hasn’t been wiped down for weeks. I don’t mind having paper towel and disinfectant spray for us to wipe down before and after using the equipment like we did during Covid. Sometimes there’s not enough handwash in the ladies changing rooms and even though it has been mentioned to staff a few times, it doesn’t get noticed until a few days after. The abductor machine hasn’t been working very well for weeks and makes the loudest screechiest noise, I reported this to the staff however nothing has been done. Although my review seems to be more on the negative side, I do enjoy using this gym as it’s closer to home, good women’s area size and the parking is good (thank you for sorting out them potholes). Hope they can take on the feedback and implement some changes for the better!

Absolutely fab gym, all the equipment out performs standards, kind friendly staff, bonuses such as a boxing room outdoor pull up bars, ect and showers
