Booked an accessible room, bathroom/toilet totally inaccessible for any wheelchair user who is not ambulatory. Handles are in weird places and heights - it's like they've just been screwed in at random places so they can tick a box and say they have accessible rooms. No shower/wet room and couldn'teven transfer to the loo easily. We left after one night of our two night stay, to come to the Premier Inn across the road, which does have a decent wet room. Everything in this travel lodge seems that it could've done with an overhaul a decade or two ago. Location means it's very loud on a weekend and need window open if you don't want to melt.

The mattress wasn’t level and leaned to one side. The cover on the soap dispenser in the shower was broken. The toilet handle usually had to be pressed twice to flush properly. The window was double glazed but didn’t keep out much noise. Despite paying for a Wi-Fi upgrade the Wi-Fi only worked for the first 30 minutes.
