The gym equipment could do with some refurb. The staff need to do something about gym etiquette, lots of youngsters acting dangerously by leaving weights around on the floor (trip hazards). The security gate never works so the staff have no idea who's a paying member, there's also a big issue of people filming themselves in public spaces such as the gym mirrors and changing rooms which is extremely problematic

The Louisa centre has a good sized swimming pool and a kiddies pool too. It also has a cafe. The library is situated adjacent to the centre, with a customer access centre adjacent to that. Compared to the facilities offered in many towns it is excellent.
