I highly recommend Swim@Durham. Our son loves his swimming lessons and that's largely because his teacher, Joe, is brilliant. He makes every lesson fun for the kids, pushes them and praises them when they do well.

Lessons start late and lesson time is wasted on giving "star of the week" stickers. The progression is extremely slow where kids stay at the same stage for more than a year. Teachers keep changing and each one has no idea where the kids are at in their progress. The management is quite arrogant, rude, and unhelpful. Also, this is one of the most expensive swimming lessons in Durham and the North east, which probably explains why they like to keep the children for an excessive amount of time at the same stage. I don’t recommend!
