Serenity Spa & Novara Skin and Aesthetics

Very disappointing spa experience. We booked the Twilight spa after recommendations from family and friends. However, we were very disappointed to find the spa in need of updates and the atmosphere unrelaxing. On arrival, we were told the dinner reservation had been changed as they were busy, when asking for an earlier time, staff were unaccommodating and repeated it was in the small print upon booking. The robes we were provided with had tears and stains on them. There was no spa music, and with the spa being busy, it felt as though we were in a leisure centre. Multiple showers had a lime scale, broken controls, and lights not working. There were drains with covers hanging off. There was no staff presence. Rubbish had been left around the pools and in the sauna / steam rooms. Guests were vaping in the outdoor pools. The restaurant was a good atmosphere and the meal was really nice. Although the service was slow when coming to pay the bill. On leaving the spa, staff did not ask how our experience was or even look up from the desk when speaking. We did not take many photos as don't like to have phones in the spa. We would not recommend and will not be returning.
