Seaton Burn services

Seems like no-one is paying attention to these reviews - no-one is acting on them that is certain. I know that any place can have a bad day due to staff illness, etc. but Burger King here has had bad reviews for years! Toilets today were filthy with floors covered in loo roll - perhaps because the sinks are in individual cubicles with each toilet but the hand driers are bizarrely in the corridor - so people are obviously using up all of the loo roll to dry their hands leaving none for what it’s supposed to be for. If the toilets are left unhygienic like this, are the kitchens the same? Sort it out Burger King, have some pride!

Grimm! Run down and long overdue refit, Got the basics. Cleaning doesn’t seem to be a priority especially in the toilets. Petrol station is ok. Called today 8 month later to see if any better, = not really but did watch a male member of Burger King using the toilets with a token gesture of washing his hands by placing them under the hand dryer for about long enough for it to switch on then walked straight out and back into the kitchen of Burger King? 🤢 yuk!
