This gym has no paper towels to wipe off equipment unlike all other pure gyms have. Might as well go to “the gym group”. Also as others reviews, the dumbbells are all out of order. No wifi comes up. Otherwise gym is fine.

PURSE STOLEN. In the womens changing rooms I put my bag on the bench, went to the mirror to put my contact lenses in (same room), then my purse was stolen literally behind my back (yes I am that blind!). There were 3 women in the room, one of them being cleaning staff. I always lock my bag, but didnt think I needed to when Im in the same room, at a place I pay to get into! Life happens, I wasn't mad about that. I left the gym because when I told a member of staff, they had the most unbothered attitude. The first person I told passed me onto someone else. That lady told me they dont do anything without a police report. I didnt expect them to investigate, but at the very least have a log book or fill out an incident report. Very shocking. On one of my other visits, someone had left their credit card in the vending machine. No answer on all the staff doors, and after searching for a staff member for 20 minutes, I had to bother one who was doing PT, so I could hand it in. No wonder people do as they please, staff arent availabile unless they're doing a class or PT.
