OneGym

I recently joined this Onegym and have been delighted by my experience so far. great modern equipment which is very easy to navigate and use. the free weights are of good quality and not uncomfortable. loads of benches so you’re never eyeing someone’s bench for them to leave. very nice and well trained staff which made my first couple of visits better and made it easier overall to engage within the gym quicker. vending machines somewhat stocked and decently priced (could have a better monster variety.. personal opinion) the 24 hour access which is the main appeal to me joining this gym which only lets you reenter every 6 hours after the initial scan but this isn’t an issue thus far. toilets are fine and the place has extremely hot water to wash your hands with and great hand dryers although I haven’t used the showers so I don’t know what they are like. overall this gym is really good value for money and it’s very much worth my money

I have known OneGym since it first opened in 2023, visited once then, excellent Gym in every way. I just joined two days ago and no complaints. Love that dark ambience not too many lights unlike Gym Group, PureGym and JD Gym where they are too bright! Absolute wide choice of Gym equipments, weights and boxing bags. Some equipments never seen in other really good massive gyms worldwide even in Dubai or Singapore. For that reason I will take a complimentary induction next week to get familiar. Staff are efficient. Spotlessly clean everywhere including men changing room. Will try sauna first time after workout tomorrow. Well done One Gym Ryhope, full five stars
