Nuffield Health Gosforth is my happy place! I have been a member for a very long time, and I wouldn’t change for another venue. I use the pool, a lot, multiple time during the week and over the weekends. It’s very clean, well maintained and operated, and well designed to allow for classes and general swimming to continue, with regular notice given to any pool closures or lane closures. The lifeguards are so friendly and welcoming and make everyone feel at ease. The reception staff, gym team, and cleaning team are equally as friendly, professional and helpful and all clearly work very hard to keep the club in as best shape as possible. I can categorically say that coming to Nuffield has helped me in my recovery, a year into being diagnosed with Relapse and Remitting MS. I have been able to come swimming as often as I want and need to, and complete my rehab training in the pool, feeling safe and happy doing so, without any judgement as i got back on my feet, and I’m fitter than I was beforehand, thanks to Nuffield. I’ve been made to feel so welcome and I genuinely look forward to my swims. It’s a super place to be a member of!
