You meet those people in your time trucking and most are miserable. But Leslie at this southbound Washington was lovely. Greeted with a smile. Nice chat. You have great staff here. 👍 the only thing I would change is the diesel pumps for trucks and the 2 buses that were there just now. Lucky I was without a trailer. But the amount of times the bollards damage vehicles is horrible. Please this needs attention! Asap.

Went to Costa late last night at Washington Services, for a small drive. Got the Maple Hazel Hot Chocolate which was amazing. But the best part of all, was the service from Maria. She never fails to bring a smile and we always have a good chat! Thank you Maria.
