We have to go because it is the only pool with classes in our area for kids but their rubbish management team couldnt even repair a hairdryer for 3 weeks now. I bet it wont be working for long. After classes can you imagine the struggle in male changing room while freezing outside. Wheb I first told them they said it will be done in 2 days. Now we are in the 3rd week and they sont have any alternatives or wven plugs anywhere in the building if you bring your own. Management has to change. They are unnecessarily spoiled because of the area.

5 friends went for a swim and the staff turned them away at the door because they were in a group of more than 4 (a rule that they were unaware of). The staff were incredibly hostile and treated the group as if they were being unreasonable when in fact they just wanted to swim. When they returned later on in a smaller group, the staff continued to treat them as if they were breaking the rules, when in fact they were following all the rules. I understand rules are rules, but the staff immediately assumed the group were aware of the rules and were purposefully breaking them, which is completely unfair. The first swimming pool i’ve been to that gets angry at customers for wanting to pay money to swim. I won’t be going back here.
