Been coming to sunderland Jd gym for 5 years. I absolutely love coming here. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else . The cleaner Jan does a amazing job keeping the changing rooms clean etc looking forward for the up and coming changes to the gym.

Gym isn't to bad. I use it occasionally as I prefer the washington one, it's alot bigger and machines are better too. The Sunderland one feels alot more cramped and some machines could do with an upgrade. Unfortunately too the gym smells terrible, people need to start using the showers.
