I have never felt so comfortable using a gym. I was unhealthy when I joined, but I have never felt out of place at David Lloyd. The great support from the personal training sessions they offered when I joined has been invaluable. Since joining, I have grown the confidence to then start using the clubs, favouring Spin but after trying Blaze, this has become a favourite as well. My daughter's love going swimming and has developed loads, building a great relationship with Joss, who is very approachable and great with the kids. My eldest daughter is now able to do the classes they offer from 8 years old, another Blaze fan. Graham is absolutely brilliant with the kids, making sure they are safe, moving but mostly having loads of fun. Definitely recommend doing a family session if you have kids. Overall, my health has improved drastically since joining David Lloyd, but mostly all of the family love it as well.

After 5 weeks we do not want to go back. My wife feels very uncomfortable there and I have also seen why. Family changing rooms being used by single men. Family swimming time filled with solo males staring and intimidating single females with children. Booked courts being taken by the same people without care. I reported a serious incident after I saw a women being leered at for a silly amount of time in the pool. The manager just gave me a free guest pass for the month. They dont care. 'Security is our number 1 priority' is the biggest lie in their contract. Avoid at all cost. I begged to be released from the contract and they just ignored me. We have spent 700 pound for 5 weeks gym and they still want more even after their admitted failings.
