Used the soft play with my toddler (2yrs) and baby (4 months) and will not be returning due to the lack of baby changing facilities on the same floor as the soft play. The only facilities for me (a woman) to take my children are up two flights of stairs. My baby was in the pushchair and when I asked the receptionist how I was supposed to get upstairs with the pushchair while carrying my toddler she asked why didn’t the seat of my pushchair unclip. I even had offers from some lovely users of the pool to look after my toddler while I took the baby upstairs but I am not comfortable with leaving my child with a stranger. I was told I couldn’t use the pool changing as I can’t take the pushchair in there which makes it incredibly difficult to carry both toddler, baby and the nappy bag. I shouldn’t be made to feel that I cannot take two small children in nappies out to places by myself that are made for children and I find it hard to believe this has never been raised as an issue before.

Modern clean changing rooms. Warm showers. The pool is a good temperature and clean. Midweek lane swimming with 2 lanes one slow lane one fast. I swim around 1pm for an hour midweek days and it's always quiet which is great.
