Best location in the city. You can literally see everything with 5 to 20 min walk from the hostel. Very friendly staff who are happy to help with any issues you might have. They even offered to keep my bags after checking out while I go explore the city a bit more. They go above and beyond to make sure you're having the best time there. Clean bathrooms and showers available as well.

Great location about 5 min walk from the station and right in the centre of Newcastle. Stayed here for the Great North Run so it was quite busy. Had a good communal area and kitchen. A small issue was that there was no internet connection in the rooms, but that didn’t really bother me. The rooms are clean and everyone has a good size locker and access to multiple toilets and showers on each floor. The best thing about this place was the staff, incredibly friendly and helpful! Couldn’t fault them at all. Thanks
