This gym is disgustingly dirty. The toilets and urinals are most of the time broken and clogged. For environmental reasons (they say) you go from freeze temperature in some rooms to boiling hot to other rooms. Prices, for those that are paying in full, are extremely high and not competitive with major gyms with pool in London. Added new pictures. Health and safety not respected with exposed wires from hairdryers in make changing room and no working hairdryers in the swimming pool changing area.

The changing rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell, like a urinal, and the showers were cold, which made it tough to enjoy my time. Some of the staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful, with body language that came across as unwelcoming. It feels like a bit of customer service training is needed. Overall, there’s potential here, but improvements in cleanliness and staff attitude are definitely needed. The centre needs an unexpected hygiene inspection for the health and safety of customers. Someone needs to be responsible for all the above. Yes it’s a good facility for the community well equipped and all, it’s just the hygiene is the problem.
