Don't know why I'm bothering leaving a review, nothing will change except the prices, which will continue to rise. "Management" will get ChatGPT to generate a response to my comment to make it seem like they care, which they don't. In short, there are obviously much better gyms in the area in terms of workout equipment, which is very old and impossible to get to in peak times here, but I joined solely for the jacuzzi and pool. Unfortunately the pool is always full of screaming kids on the weekend and evenings, because apparently the extortionate membership fees aren't enough to keep them solvent, they have to turn to swimming lessons as a financial lifeline. Locker rooms even worse, uncontrolled screaming kids running around with their parents incapable of keeping them in check. So the idea of relaxing in the pool or the jacuzzi go out the window because there's no peace whatsoever - it's either the screaming kids or the songs that the swimming lesson instructors lead them in that are apparently an essential part of their swimming learning, or bunches of guys talking at the top of their voices in the jacuzzi, or shouting to each other from across the wet area like they're at home. Something in the spa area is always broken and I mean literally always. For the last few months it's been the jets in the circular spa bath area of the jacuzzi, prior to that it was various other elements of the jacuzzi, or the steam room, or the sauna, etc. Temperature of the jacuzzi also used to be nice and warm, is now just tepid. But again, no point mentioning it, because the management cares only about the next monthly price increase. The only time I saw the them move to do anything was when I told them there was a homeless guy in the change rooms - in the family area too, which is the only place you can get a locker because they let people leave their padlocks on their lockers for days and probably months on end, so at the start of every day if you're the first person in the door there are maybe only ten lockers free. Homeless guy was standing in the middle of the family area shouting to himself, just about to do god knows what. Not sure how this can happen but nothing surprises me about this place

I been going to Angel Virgin over a year . The staff are very nice but the management are very badly run.!! Absolutely no ventilation in the gym floor . The gym machines are old and worn out definitely needs updating if they still want gym members . Enough space and nice mirrors for body builders . It’s gets really loud when are taking courses for beginners on the other side when there is gym members doing body building. Broken machines :( broken mirrors ugly red background painting … and ugly machines . I can’t even video so embarrassing the background of the gym it’s terrible. Not having ventilation you see the members soaking punch bag area gets vetted.🤮. Broken tiles around spa area not completely clean sometimes there is hairs around the shower room . Sauna gets broken often. The swimming pool do not cleaned regularly so therefore it’s not clean causing infection and other diseases!!! I got sick twice !! Since I have been swimming in this pool. Also the spa doesn’t seem very clean there is small stones underneath the water the foam they use it’s very cheap stuff . Makes people skin irritating 😠 … none of these are taken into account even though members have complained. They have put the price up to £120 but making no improvements also getting worse.. soon I as I move out of the area I will be definitely end my membership.’!!!!:(((((
