It's better to carry your own lock and key, but you can also buy one from the reception if needed. There's also a separate baggage storage area available for a small charge, which is handy if you want to explore after checkout. The showers and toilets were spotless, with good water pressure. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. One thing I really liked is the z4-hour bar - a great place to relax or meet other travellers. The location is another big plus: it's within walking distance to the London Eye, so most attractions are easily reachable. The overall vibe was peaceful and safe. For the price and location, this dormitory offers excellent value and comfort. I'd definitely stay here again.
