Really enjoyed our short stay here. Very nice room and super comfortable bed. Gorgeous kitchen/ dining/ lounge area on the 1st floor. Nice breakfast ( self service) with a good range of fresh bread, fruit, cereals, preserves and teas and coffees Our bathroom was very nice with a good shower. This place is very well located in Hackney and very good value. Definitely recommend

I stayed here with 2 friends, we took 3 of the 4 rooms available, we wanted to be in a quiet area close to Dalston/Islington and I must say I was delighted with the accommodation, we all were. The place is modern, light and airy, our 3 bedrooms were on the ground floor, my room was at the back of the building and was very quiet, opened out into a little courtyard garden, the bed was really comfortable, the pillows were excellent which is often not the case with a lot of rentals...everything was provided, the bathroom had good quality toiletries...excellent shower...upstairs is a large spacious communal dining/seating area with a couple of sofas and large dining table, and a kitchen where you can help yourself to teas, coffee, snacks and breakfast. James the owner popped in to check that we were ok...the place has a lovely relaxed atmosphere, I would definitely recommend it...and would happily revisit
