The Gym Group London Waterloo

I've attended this gym for years. All staff are excellent especially Amin and Fabreese. The gym is cleaned to a good standard. All staff are friendly and approachable. The reason for the 4 star is because of the constant blocked drains in shower room. I previously would shower in the gym after workouts now I avoid the showers. The water does not go down and other shower cubials are flooded with your dirty water when showering. To be fair this has been an ongoing problem for years which seems to have got worst. The upstairs part of the gym has a greenhouse effect because of the slanted glass window. Right now in the summer on hot days, upstairs is like a sauna it's unbearable. The heat also generates to downstairs. The AC half the time doesn't even feel like it's on. At times it's like working out in the Sahara Desert. I think these issues need to be looked at, as it is a lovely gym.

Great Cleanliness and Hygiene Standards I’ve been really impressed with how clean The Gym Group Waterloo is. The equipment is always wiped down, the floors are spotless, and the changing rooms are well-maintained. It’s clear the staff take pride in keeping the space hygienic and comfortable for everyone. Definitely one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to!
