As a tourist this is my favorite gym and it’s got everything you need. Sign up was a breeze with the app or online and there was no need to speak to any representatives. Once you get a PIN number, just go in and workout. Bring a lock to use their lockers and the equipment is pretty descent. Overall a solid Gymnasium that I ended up getting a five day pass for.

One star. I hate this place. Worst gym in London. Hygiene The smell hits your nose at the entrance. Urine spreads through the whole building. Toilets leak often, so the stench moves from the changing rooms to the gym floor. Floors stay filthy. Toilet paper covers the ground. Sinks look stained. Showers smell like smoke because people light up weed in there all the time. Sweat covers benches, bars and handles. No one wipes anything. No working soap half the time. Safety Lockers offer zero protection. Thieves ripped out almost every locker door months ago. The frames still sit open. Anyone can walk in and grab your stuff. Walls in the changing room stay punched in, broken, smashed. Ceiling leaks drop from above, and staff say the water comes from the toilets upstairs. I refuse to train under that. Equipment Benches feel slippery because of old sweat. Machines feel loose. Out of order signs pop up all week. Kit stays broken for long periods. Half the gym looks neglected. Overall I leave this place in a bad mood every time. My sessions feel ruined by the smell, the mess, the leaks, the dirt and the sense of zero safety. I tell people to avoid this branch. This gym needs a full overhaul, not small fixes.
