We were really impressed with our experience here. All the staff we came in contact with were polite and helpful. We were the only family in the pool despite it being half term, the water was lovely and warm and changing rooms spotless!

We were really impressed with our experience here. All the staff we came in contact with were polite and helpful. We were the only family in the pool despite it being half term, the water was lovely and warm and changing rooms spotless!

The swimming pool is not clean most of the time, sometimes smelly. Some of he staff there have an "I don't care" attitude" and they seem they hate to work there or they just hate everyone. But some of them are really kind and friendly and greeting regular swimmers. After a year and at least four complaints the pool water was discussingly smelly today. I complained again, and they treated me like an idiot, because they don't smell anything and I was the only one who mentioned it today. It doesn't matter, the pool water is disgusting. After 20 minutes we left the facility. I don't recommend this swimming pool and the staff definitely need some education.
