This is a great local gym and fantastic value for money. The gym upstairs has been totally refurbished. However, the reason I joined is the classes. There are lots of classes and a really good variety, inc yoga and fun dance classes. The classes are also an hour long. It's lovely doing yoga on a Saturday morning in a studio overlooking the Quay. Changing rooms are clean and also look newly refurbished. Fitness First was basically nearly 3 x as much £ a month. This is much better value.
