Seaview Holiday Park

For a short stay it was absolutely fine, everyone was very friendly and the camping pods are right next to the beach which is lovely. There is a small park and an even smaller pool which got really busy so we didn’t use it. The arcade was the only other attraction and a few machines were out of order. The toilet/shower block was just okay, it often got a bit grubby and could do with more regular cleans but in saying that the doors are supposed to be kept locked and used only by residents of the park - nobody adhered to this so they were open for all meaning it’s harder to keep up with cleaning. For the price the camping pod was good value and a lovely base to explore the area.

Extremely Poor Communication and Customer Service at Seaview Caravan Park I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Park Holidays, specifically management at Seaview Caravan Park. I have made multiple attempts over several weeks to contact the park via email about an ongoing matter. These messages have been ignored entirely, without even a basic acknowledgement. To make matters worse, a promised phone call from management over a week ago never happened, and no explanation or follow-up was provided. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. Clear, timely communication should be a minimum standard for any business, yet Park Holidays has failed to meet even that. It is frustrating, unprofessional, and has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Park Holidays to anyone who values reliable customer service or accountability from management. To compound matters, the caravan itself was in an appalling state on arrival. It was filthy, with a strong, unpleasant smell that was immediately noticeable. There were stains that appeared to be from urine and the general condition fell far below any reasonable hygiene or presentation standard for holiday accommodation. This combination of poor customer service and unacceptable cleanliness is disgraceful. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Park Holidays to anyone who values reliable communication, professionalism, or basic hygiene.
