Sama Stars Hotrel

We stayed at this hotel for one night when visiting Abu Simbel. The location is excellent. It is right next door to a larger well known resort. We were able to easily walk to the temple complex. (We were not there for a view as we did not plan on being at the hotel except to sleep) Price was great. Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice towels, toiletries and hair dryer provided. Small refrigerator in room as well as electric kettle to make our own tea or Nescafé. AC worked great and it was around 100F when we were there. They offered to make us breakfast but we declined and they gave us some fruit. Young man that runs it very friendly. Picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Arranged for a boat ride on Lake Nasser for sunrise at an extremely reasonable price.
