Traditional and infrared sauna and copper ice baths, superb facilities. Changing rooms are big, everything is spotless clean. Been there twice now and going again this week. Every member of staff we have met were nice and very friendly. Only recommendation that hairdriers would need to be installed in the changing rooms or toilets to dry hair. These are necessary especially during these winter months.

I have been here a few times now. My most recent visit was a bit shocking. There is little to no sauna etiquette from other patrons. The single sauna was over crowded, and people were leaving their towels in the sauna to claim seats. It was deeply uncomfortable and not very considerate. The staff seem like genuine friendly people but they don't really say much upon arrival as most of the staff I've met have either been on the phone to a friend wearing headphones, or have been taking up the sofa by the entrance with a friend to socialise with them. I think this lackadaisical approach is what could be leading to the poor etiquette by patrons. During my last visit it seemed as though there were a number of people who were not staying within the slot they had booked for. I don't think policing this sort of thing is nice for anyone, but if the slots are all booked up, it leads to a poor experience for everyone. I think a bit of a time reminder for everyone wouldn't hurt. For a sauna that charges a little more per visit compared to others, this experience is really subpar. The facilities aren't bad and I wish the etiquette was better - I think there are absolutely ways to improve the experience, and I really hope issues are corrected soon. Otherwise, I would just travel further for a nicer experience.
